Pros include the nice people who work there, the organised events throughout the year for employees including the big Christmas party at a fancy venue and themed parties throughout the year like for etc. Its easy to stay working at Peldon Rose for a long time.

Cons include no allowance to wfh (the CEO is very against this and will not change his mind) , office in wimbledon which can be a pain to get to, no dogs allowed in the office (CEO also very against this and wont change). There are office politics and toxicity within design team and very hard to work with project directors.

The office was nice which is I guess expected

This was my only role in my entire career where I didn’t meet expectations or exceeded them. I think its either down to a bad match or the fact the management is toxic.
