      Being considered for open positions within the company is something that I personally like. There is always room for growth on a professional level as well as a personal level. Team building exercises have been beneficial. it is a wonderful way to get to know staff members that you don't normally have day to day interaction with, yet you all have the same goal at the end of the day which is to be the very best that we can be! And to represent Pella Windows and Doors in the most respectful and professional manner. Being heard by The Management Team when making a suggestion or asking a question. Being made to feel that you matter.

      Employees who have been employed for an extended period of time seem to resonate the "the rules don't apply to them" It is very frustrating at times. Management is working to rectify this matter.

      Great product, hours were good, and good culture overall. I worked there for well over 10 years and was very sad to leave.

      The Birmingham branch went through several owners during my long tenure with the company. Each owner had its pros and cons. Eventually Birmingham was bought out by the corporate office. The company constantly changing owners gave alot of anxiety and employees were often left feeling a lack of stability. There is not alot of room for growth and the starting pay is not the best, unless you are in Trade sales.
