Svantaggi
The review left on June 20th is SPOT ON. I could not agree more. If you want a work life balance, you will need to utilize your time off very wisely. Shift bids are awful, and have even contained shift times that aren’t even actually an option. There is zero care for your preferred schedule and they do not work around it for you. There is no room to grow as the company is failing and desperately trying to get their cash flow under control and slashing jobs like crazy. Business is business but due to this, Peloton simply has become so disrespectful to their employees. They will throw their staff under the bus for the benefit of shareholders. You will find that you have been laid off by losing access to Okta, Slack, and your email first thing in the morning before work. It’s sad when your staff has to call the support number that they were just behind the day before to ask if they have been laid off. HR will call you and inform you of a severance package and email that you will receive by the end of the day. However, you won’t get that email when promised. Pay is decent, benefits are great, but it isn’t worth your sanity or being disrespected after working extremely hard for them, dealing with the extreme changes, and being the only reason that their members are still sticking with them.
