Vantaggi

- a great supportive and young team - hybrid working - friendly and interesting clients

Svantaggi

- micro-management: company culture is to log in every single minute of work on a spreadsheet - poor work/life balance: pre-assigned workload was most of the time beyond the contracted working hours, whilst the company wouldn't pay for any overtime - unconscious favouritism by the management: the managing team claims that there is no favouritism, but never bothered to give me similar opportunities to my other colleagues of the same seniority or even more junior - no HR person in the company: the agency has a massive turnover of staff, which in my opinion is due to lack of attention given to their employees. There is no HR/internal comms representative, and instead, people are encouraged to go straight to their employer with any complaints. - the management overpromises and underdelivers: during my time with the company there were many things promised to the employees, including a new and shiny benefits package, which the management failed to introduce in the timeframe they gave themselves and never followed up on the matter.
