Great benefits including 401K, health, dental and vision. Pay rate was above normal. Atmosphere was friendly. Allowed us quite a bit of sick time.

Supervisors showed favoritism to certain employees. Supervisors were unfair about some people not pulling their weight. Instead of taking that person aside they would scold the whole department.
