      At my time, I had some nice co workers and flexible hours. You can also use their fragrance at work and that's pretty much it. Decent product.

      There are a lot and not sure where to start. The 2 main problems are 1) CEO have no idea how to manage business, talent. Overall no idea what is going on. 2) Corporate team has extremely bad communication. No process, no communication, and no response. Multiple follow up required. Overall, they have some decent products and that's it.

      Essentially, the beautiful products along with heritage and legacy of Penhaligon's. I must have a twenty word minimum, but honestly there are no pros.

      Salary---you cannot expect to hire people of exceptional skill and talent with extensive knowledge and experience a menial wage. That is absolutely unacceptable! Value your employees. We are the ones making your business thrive!!! Management is completely disorganized. Very poor structure. No communication. Upper management avoids issues at all costs. Does not evoke "luxury" status. ***Why pay someone with great knowledge and experience of/with fragrance the same wage as one who does not have any experience with perfume, let alone the luxury industry? What sense does that make?
