      Environment is conducive to learning new skills and flexible for life events.

      No overtime, very few, small raises. Raises are based on length of employment, not quality of work, so there isn't a lot of motivation from salaried positions.

      They were very flexible with hours and it was a fun place to work. There was lots of downtime to do other things while on the clock, and an e-bike to get around campus quickly.

      Svantaggi

      Toward the end they got pretty strict about keeping your computer on a certain tab to take online tickets, and you could get in trouble for not doing it. It’s tedious work overall.

      parking is normally far away from your building, and normally growth within your unit is difficult, so you have to tranfer to another to grow.
