The staff was very kind and did not run into many troubles when helping others. You get to schedule your work hours however you want, if it is available. So there are always work arounds.

You need to be patient sometimes, which is normal, but it can be frustrating sometimes. And even though scheduling your hours can be great, that can be frustrating as well, but it's nothing that can't be handled.
