      Really enjoyed working for a large university, Great alumni base, benefits were good

      Long hours in the Office when the work can be done at home. Poor pay scale compared to other BIG10 athletics programs. TOO many Athletic Directors

      They were very flexible with hours and it was a fun place to work. There was lots of downtime to do other things while on the clock, and an e-bike to get around campus quickly.

      Svantaggi

      Toward the end they got pretty strict about keeping your computer on a certain tab to take online tickets, and you could get in trouble for not doing it. It’s tedious work overall.

      parking is normally far away from your building, and normally growth within your unit is difficult, so you have to tranfer to another to grow.
