I was a phd student. I found the students to be smart and hardworking. However, the faculty were out of touch. They were too focused on their research to notice that their students needed more help.

The location could be better. The town is quite nice, though. It's just a little too far from a big city. It's about a 4 hour drive to NYC, DC, or Philly. For a little town, it's pretty good. There is no visible poverty, for example. It's safe and has plenty of bars downtown.

They were very flexible with hours and it was a fun place to work. There was lots of downtime to do other things while on the clock, and an e-bike to get around campus quickly.

Svantaggi

Toward the end they got pretty strict about keeping your computer on a certain tab to take online tickets, and you could get in trouble for not doing it. It’s tedious work overall.
