      -Upper upper management can be a huge failure and let-down but smaller management like supervisors and leads can be great! -Not much upward mobility. -Hiring process is long

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
