Ok experience - Recensione dipendente - Medical Scribe presso Pennhealth Informatics

I loved working with PH. The work was steady and my supervisors were great! When I was first hired, the training was great and utilized Nuance's Workday training to go through the process, and I felt it prepared me pretty well. My supervisors answered any additional questions and had Teams calls where they showed us how to do things if we ever needed help. I worked here for 2 years until Copilot AI took over the entire thing. The pay was also really good considering I came from transcription which was a huge change!

I feel losing work to AI is a pretty big con. I was devastated as I was happy here and very comfortable with my work and the company.

Everyone I worked with on my team were always available and willing to help when you needed it.

Job ended due to AI taking over medical transcriptions positions.
