Poor management structure, micromanaging, not diverse whatsoever, little opportunity for growth, and needs more HR involvement. Poor work/life balance due to the instability of jobs... either sitting for days on end with zero work or needing to travel 4-5 days a week, often overnight trips with long days, for months at a time. Work and billable hours is a priority, however at what expense for the sanity of employees? Reached out to HR for management help --> ended up putting myself in an uncomfortable position. The integrity of managers is placed unreasonably higher over entry level works who are extremely driven to learn and provide value to the company. There are so many kind and encouraging people here, however, the bad apples make this company a very difficult place to work. I would advise early level careers to chose somewhere else to grow.
