Long hour potential depending on your manager. Our service consultants worked 12 hour days regularly an did not have very good shift cuts or rotation. The main reason being was the manager knew we were all 100% commission so it cost them nothing to keep everyone there all the time. By doing this he thought it would increase customer satisfaction and decrease wait times. It can lead to feeling burnt out when you end up working a 60 hour week then work that Saturday on top of it.
