The people at Penske are very nice and friendly, the whole atmosphere at work is easy going and relaxed, almost everybody there is been working for the company 10+ years so job security is really good here

The pay is not at par as in other places, normally worker would be getting payed 10%~20% more for the same position almost everywhere else.
