I don't really have anything good to say. They did give me a job when times were tough but that's no reason to work for PPI. They did have a couple of pretty good mid-level managers but I think they've been run off by now.

Management not only unsupportive but they belittled employees in front of others - particularly senior mgt. The whole culture was one of distrust of employees and all the policies were to ensure that employees didn't 'get away with something' at the expense of taking care of customers. Lack of respect for customers -- President of the company got into a situation where she was not on speaking terms with one of her biggest customers.

They paid money for work.

The owner treats the place like her personal kingdom and she is the queen bee. She is rude, treats her employees terribly and it not particularly intelligent or knowledgeable of her business.
