Bosses who care about us at work and in person. High level of trust and empowerment, making learning experience great! Impactful work content with the community. I've joined as a project executive and left as a manager. There's high level of trust that the bosses and managers placed on us, we get to learn everything from project management, to delivering training and dealing with clients, making us grow in very short time. The team is real fun too, there's fun activities organized regularly, we go lunch together, annual dinner, annual trips to overseas & Club Med, long break at the end of the year. No workplace is perfect, but PSC definitely has been a great family for me, a time I will always remember, a place that made me a better person today both personal and work skills. The job is not easy as we are working with the community but definitely rewarding.

One area for improvement is that the work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, especially when coordinating with multiple stakeholders. However, this also creates valuable learning opportunities and helps employees develop strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
