OMG.] Perhaps They believe in water & electricity misuse. Management -- 000000. HR will never ever reply your mail. They know only 1 thing. LOP. Big Words at the time of Joining. Bla!! Bla!! Bla!! No Job Security [on the spot firing], without any reason. No Bathroom Cleanliness. It smells always. Cafeteria Plates are not well [Decreasing]. Cafeteria Chairs are not good [Decreasing]. Sometime washing shop is not available at Cafeteria Washroom. People started washing by handwash. Never faced this kind of bad internet connection anywhere. Desk place is also dirty. You have to wait for a long time in cafeteria due to less no. of chairs. HR tells you to come on time [between 9:00 to 9:30 AM] else LOP. What the crap!!! For any mistake, they will say LOP!!! [Haa Haa Haa!!!] How funny!!! Comp. Off.(What is that ???) There are less projects. So be ready to get fired at any time. Health Benefits 1 Lakh. Maternity Benefit 20000 only. No Team Outing. No Fun. CEO is like owner to employee, can sack any time. Sometime light goes out [I felt dark at that time, because Sunlight does not come in the room] Some People enjoy here without any work & Some get fired within a day. Cofee/tea is there. No other facility. resources are treated use slaves Don't even talk properly or communicate to employees
