We also enjoy that our office is centrally located in downtown Seattle, within walking distance to Pike Place Market, many restaurants and shopping options, and easily accessible to many public transportation options. We respect your opinion about management but want you to know that we work hard at fostering an environment that employees can share their concerns with managers at all levels of the organization.       Management and leadership convey zero trust. Game of finger-pointing and complaining with no accountability. The latest incident is the straw that broke the camel's back. The company fired a developer to shift blame on failing projects and missed deadlines. This happens all the time, but what I've never seen is an ex-employee being dragged through the mud by their manager as they parade around accusing them of lying on their resume. I mean, what the actual... I can't believe I'm still here; the only reason is that the job market remains so competitive. If you're considering working at this company, think again. Management’s behavior are a clear reflection of the company culture. It values shifting blame over addressing real issues.
