Management is highly stressed and unfortunately, that stress is taken out on staffing specialist by management. I got reprimanded in front of my team and threatened with termination. Toxic work environment within individual branches and among sister branches, specifically in the dfw area. Small technical mistakes are irreconcilable sins and leadership is threatened by job insecurity; reducing quality in management style and the overall daily work environment.
