      I was a little bit nervous leaving a global organization with a commercial background, and starting with a smaller company working on the government side. Let me just tell you, it was the BEST decision I have ever made. Terry and her team go out of there way to include the employees in so many different ways ranging from group morale lunches, parties, employee appreciation, awards, recognition through bonuses and special call outs, they really listen to what you have to say. At PeopleTec, you are not just another employee, you are a part of a family. People are so willing to help with any task you put in front of them, it truly is a wonderful feeling. I am so happy to be a part of something so amazing! This was a great career move for me and I am proud to be a PeopleTec employee! The benefits package is also extremely rich! We are lucky to have such an amazing plan!

      Unless you consider too much food break rooms on a regular basis, there are really no cons that I can think of!

      PeopleTec has the best president I have ever worked for and a truly amazing company culture. The benefits are great, and employees are trusted to take initiative and contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities, creating opportunities to make a real impact on project success. There is a strong sense of teamwork throughout the company, and people are always willing to help each other succeed. I also appreciate the freedom to learn new skills and contribute outside my primary area of expertise, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally.

      Communication could occasionally be better, and some of the buildings are a little older. Other than that, I have very few complaints. The company culture, leadership, benefits, and opportunities for growth make PeopleTec an incredible place to work.

      The politics in the company are pretty tough to deal with. If you’re friends or family of people in leadership positions, you’ll be golden, otherwise you’re at a disadvantage.
