      If in sales, no commission and responsible for driving results without support. No marketing, no vision for success. Instead you will be asked to be a part of quarterly realignments and team changes based on no actual data or prior success. Many leaders have no experience outside of the org. They have not grown, and when good people join and do not fall in line, they call you "Invalidated" It is a toxic place.

      Horizontal structure allows ICs to connect and share ideas with the top leadership. Colleagues are eager to help, no matter who or where you are. Communication is open, transparent and very clear. Fantastic culture of collaboration and helping employees find purpose and growth. Working with cultures from throughout Europe and the US is very fun. We are encouraged to dissent and speak our minds. I feel like I have the autonomy, trust and support to get interesting work done.
