Service Advisor - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Pep Boys

Management is terrible. They can never take full responsibility of their mistakes and have to point fingers to the lower level employees when we do not make our numbers. The daily numbers in service depend on last years numbers. They do not realize that a lot can change from last year such as staffing. The work schedule never worked around my school schedule. Always under staffed and I was required to carry an extra workload. I would not recommend working here at all.
