      The customer are nice, managers are super nice, paycheck is great if you can sell.

      Some customers will complain forever till they get free stuff, new hire managers half the time don't know cars, your paycheck can tank if it's slow

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
