Having a great atmosphere at your workplace is so valuable and so rare. Be prepared for weekly team lunches and monthly team events. So don't worry, integrating yourself here won't take long. If you're not a fan of flat hierarchies and taking ownership, this company might not be the best place for you. I personally gained a lot of experience in managing ad-hoc tasks, managing people's requests and navigating amongst responsibilities. However, if you'd feel more comfortable in a standard corporate structure, where things stay the same, you should look for another company to apply to.
