As long as you make it to work on time, smile and greet, you will get by just fine. The company has progressed from a small casino to a large destination resort. As the economy took the hit, the Peppermill continued to expand and develop it's brand name.
Svantaggi
There are too many to list, but the company still employs entrenched (stale) management even as it grew to be as big as it is. Many departments "run" themselves, employee meetings are sparse (every two years or so) and your opinion as how to improve even simple problems are ignored. Company perks have been all but removed. A very far cry from satisfactory.
