No organization. Through my probationary period, I was scheduled to work other people's routes when they were either on vacation, or out sick, or whatever. I must have spoken to a different "manager" every day I worked there. You never know who you directly report to, because you have 20 different "managers" contacting you regarding various things. One of my "managers" would only contact me through email, and trying to convey accurate information was like pulling teeth. Deliveries would be up to 3 hours late, setting you behind schedule for the remainder of the day. Coworkers seemed childish, in the sense of they would leave their backstock a disaster, and I would be the one having to clean it up, on top of receiving and merchandising 6 pallets of product that was hours late to the store. I was constantly walking in on disasters, such as fry's store managers screaming at me at 4 in the morning because the Pepsi merchandiser that was supposed to receive a load there the day before, never showed up, and it was left to me to put this product away in a backstock that was already a wreck. This job is stressful, and back breaking. I dont mind the hard work, but I do mind incompetency when it comes to management. One "manager" is a young girl, fresh out of college. I had to email her an issue I was dealing with at a store, and the only reply I got was "sorry you have to deal with that lol", like this was a social media conversation. Extremely unprofessional and I expected more from a company like Pepsi.
