Vantaggi
In some roles, work/life balance is incredible, in others you're working nights and weekends. The flexibility to WFH is great since the offices are outside of the city and more people live in the city. The company culture is generally great, very close teams, but some of that is because of trauma bonds from terrible VPs who steamroll to get what they want.
Svantaggi
- The quality of your experience is entirely dictated by who your manager is, I've had incredible managers who championed my successes and other managers who tried to sabotage and tear me down - Since the marketing program works on a rotation program, you have to wait for roles at your desired level to open and then fight, play the political game, and interview for any potential roles. - Diversity at a lower level, but leadership is still predominantly White and there are definitely a lot of covert racism in these walls, no matter how progressive the leadership claims to be.
