I respect and enjoy working with my peers. Some very interesting programs. There are some really fantastic people there but they are not corporate.

Serious lack of employee engagement due to seeming lack of management concern. Excessive workload, lack of responsiveness to input, and communication. Transitioned systems too fast without doing adequate research. Passing the buck on any question that cannot be easily answered. Departmental trainings not adequately put together or sourced. Open door is not open. Company pretends they are more agile than Harris but still have very tedious processes and responses to questions are slow.

Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.
