- Corporate does not seem to care about employee welfare. - Corporate out of touch with employees and company programs/projects - Non-competitive pay (in my particular field, your results may vary) - Slow to enact policies to improve QoL - Profits and saving money prioritized over employee welfare - Minimal room for advancement or growth - Poor retention leads to more work; pay restrictions do not allow for OT at my place of work. - Most problems seem to result from upper management making poor decisions restricting middle management to help their employees. - I can think of more cons than pros working here over the past few years.
