If it’s someone who supports missions of consequence, solves complex challenges, and works with an incredible team of highly intelligent people—than this company is the dream. From business & career growth, to developing innovative technologies and solutions, to the team camaraderie; there aren’t enough positive things I could say about Peraton. I’ve worked here since before the company had it’s now infamous Peraton identity. It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been a fun, exciting, and wild adventure that I hope to be a part of for many years to come.

This is a lean organization with an agile management structure, it can be exhausting for those whose hearts aren’t in it for the long-term benefits and results.
