Slowly getting rid of remote opportunities. Healthcare is expensive. Does not observe all federal holidays. Management is a hit or miss. Saw very few young managers. Very little growth (skill-wise and career) for technical personnel. Don't expect mentorship opportunities from seniors or principals as this seems like a place you join at the end of your career. Be prepared to play politics.
