The pay is good but not enough

Lack of training, Supervisor micromanage you, co-workers are rude and not helpful. Pay is not enough for the stress, you're constantly hounded about multiple processes on each Concern Case. What you learn in training modules has absolutely nothing to do with how caseloads are handled it's 6 weeks of wasted time .

We do our best to train our employees and ensure they are prepared for production through our rigorous abay period. However, we know we can't address every situation that you might come across as an agent - we encourage teamwork to help get you through until you are in a position to be a mentor to a new employee. Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Svantaggi

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
