Having the flexibility to work both in the office and at home is truly a blessing in todays world. Everyone that I have come to know here at Percepta is so knowledgeable and friendly. There is no way anyone would not succeed here if they didnt put in the effort it takes to be great. Percepta provides you with all of the tools to do great things!

Svantaggi

The only thing i dislike is the shift bids. Although it does lend more flexibility to change your schedule every few months. sometimes you end up with a schedule that does not work for your situation.

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Svantaggi

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
