A dysfunctional company - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso Percepto

Thank you for your feedback, we are always open to hearing and learning how to improve as a company. As a product led company, the product organization is a leading factor in our company's efforts, strategy and vision. We are empowering our product managers to become an important pivot within our processes, and doing all we can to support them in their complex mission. This is one of the reasons this feedback has surprised us. We are hearing the opposite feedback, often, from many members of the product and R&D teams- from frequent 1 on 1 talks with HR and managers to feedback processes and company surveys. Nevertheless, We will definitely look into it, and make sure the issues you’ve described are not the common view.
