Very easy to get the job. Small company where it should also be easy to build up its own position. Management have growth ideas.

Svantaggi

Staff not treated as it should. No value is given to the job which is really hard. (cold calling trying to get to know a project IT project). No free time, no room given for liberty or initiative.

Some people within the company have understood that some first level manager try to make everything going better for employees but global management is base on "put the pressure to obtain what we finally want"

CEO lead the sales but HR lead the management and use very old European methods. And never try to find new management strategies. They just live with basic rules created by a guy who finally decided to create his own business and who is now a serious competitor. Hard to discuss and make things change if your not a member very close to the CEO or HR. Decisions are taken "on the fly" and it's more like "go and let's see" even if some people in the 1st level management ask to be careful.
