The company culture is really positive, and the values come through in how people work. Management is down to earth and open to new ideas, always welcoming different ways to get things done. Communication is strong, people are approachable, and it’s easy to ask questions. The mission feels meaningful, and you get the sense that what you’re doing really matters.

There aren’t any significant drawbacks, but being part of a small start-up team, especially in a remote setting, can sometimes feel isolating, particularly when you're not involved in a collaborative project. Career progression inside the business would be a struggle in such a small team.
