      No job security Poor management No trust No matter how hard you work, how much efforts you put in, you’ll never be at ease. They will fire you anytime they like, without prior notice. During my time there, the company hired dozens of people and fired them one by one. I have seen 30 people come in and go just in 3 months. Imagine the management.
