The BDR role is one of the most high-touch functions at PerfectServe, and that's by design. We use a sales model that has been refined over the course of many years, and for BDRs in particular, it does involve more regular check-ins to stay on top of opportunities and areas where some extra assistance and/or education might be beneficial. The touch points aren't to single anybody out—it's more about collectively hitting the targets that have been proven to generate success. Communication from management can be inconsistent at times, which occasionally creates confusion around priorities or direction. Additionally, not all hospital systems have the internal governance structures in place to fully implement and adopt the applications — this can make success feel out of your hands at times. That said, it's also an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help clients build toward better outcomes.
