Regarding promotions and compensation, we’d like to clarify that support specialists are eligible for pay increases and promotions based on their performance, technical expertise, and ability to take on more advanced responsibilities. We review our compensation packages regularly to ensure they’re competitive and fair, and we encourage open communication about career development opportunities with our employees. We also take workplace culture seriously, including fostering collaboration and addressing concerns like favoritism and micromanagement.
