I feel well supported in every aspect of my role. Training is thorough, the benefits are great and the team I’m on is very collaborative and hardworking. The leadership team has a very transparent, genuine way of communicating and have done a great job celebrating what should be celebrated and critiquing what should be critiqued. Good benefits too!

That said, it's also an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help clients build toward better outcomes.
