Ok. I have been at performtel for almost 8 months. & i can honestly say if you only care about yourself & a check to check basis this may not be for you. I come from a hard working enviorment witch this can be easy as well as challenging at times the pay is according to performance But i can say i love my job i dont plan on leaving i have seen several individuals come & go some left willingly due to not having the understanding of the family oriented based company grounds. The rest who are no longer with us due to termination by not understanding the concept of what is to be accomplished as well as not meeting the requirements of companies policies as well as taking advantage of those same policies. Performtel has also been there for me when no one else was a few weeks ago i couldnt get my car started due to the cold weather conditions & my team lead offered a ride but by that time i had already gotten my car started & when i came in it was no screaming & yelling from upper management i seen a review that actually stated they where yelled & screamed at as if they were just a number in a large pool i never seen such activities as well as never heard of it. Management is some what firm but understanding. I done seen certain csrs get time off for personal issues & jave came back to us with complaints as if.they ever met the career goals in the first place but thats my opinion but the facts is that any team lead is very updead & willing to.help out as well as work force management they are very understanding at times as well as understanding when they company is taken advatage of it goes both ways but i There is no favortism everyone has the equal opportunity as others to show work etics ,perfomance , as well as the attention the company needs but the reflection you put into the company is what you will receive in return . I come from a very hard working enviorment this position is not easy no job is but it certainly is not hard at all maybe challenging but ive experienced way much more difficulties than performtel so i really can understand others point of view in negativity,but i do have a vision of our company i feel that i am a strong individual that is willing to carry our company on my shoulders alone.....but im not...i have the rest of our team that understand our mission statement & we will continue to grow rapidly & i didnt ask for promotion it was brung to my attention makes me feel wanted as a part of our fun, safe, clean working eviorment

the challenges of working there is the communication as far as what is to be done on each end it maybe complicated to others witch can slow down our continuous journey of sucess everyone has to see eye to eye when it comes to the mission statement not just me & the current leads....but some of newest employees & if they feel they are strong enough to hamdle the task ,so be it if not so be it we will continue to go forward with our goals of management ,leadesrship as well as being creative enough to ensure the success of performtel & its employees
