The company is way too top heavy, with many PMs who seem to not know much outside of their individual disciplines. Many of the clients are forthrightly racist and have never dealt with someone non-caucasian. The company is constantly virtue signaling their right-wing status, which is clearly evident with Fox news broadcasting in the lobby and their disregard for masks shown throughout the entirety of the pandemic. Great place to work if you wear MAGA hats on the weekends. Unequal treatment of employees is blatant. Some get to work remotely 100% and CEO simply says life is unfair. Incredible amounts of time spent of meetings for process improvement, only to have all processes remain inefficient.
