      No set end time you can work 12 hours a day and get no compensation. first shift creates animosity between shifts. tons of tension

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
