Vantaggi
The pay is great, about a thousand a week, and it adds up to about 50,000 in take-home pay.
Svantaggi
Everything. You start working about 60 hours your second week of strenuous labor, and basically aren’t given a grace period to really get used to the job, and due to this most people leave. Their productivity standards are relatively easy, but the thought of them is stressful. The hours are open-ended, yet the start times are set, which is absurd. You could work from 5pm-9am, get home at 930, and still have to eat, sleep, and wake up with only 5 hours after working 16. People call in all the time and quit all the time, which makes you stay longer, since the job sucks so bad. I worked there for a month and saw half the people I saw my first week not there after. By the end of my 3rd week, due to the hours and labor, my fingers were completely red and swollen, not having enough time to heal. The job is just not well thought out. If it was 8-10 hours, they’d never have someone quit. It’s open-ended and no one wants to work 30 hours in 2 days and not get enough rest or sleep to do it over again.
