Hands-on approach • Management team highly visible in the office - open communication all the time and not hiding behind closed doors. • There are lots of different roles offered within the company and is definitely a good option for many that want to grow within TSS.

1. Too many (unhealthy) snacks makes us rounder. 2. Catering needs help. So many conversations in the break room about how inedible the food is on some days (pro tip: barbecue sauce does wonders). At no fault to TSS but worth to mention: • Slightly older office building, one elevator is sometimes out of commission.
