Terrible toxic culture. Employees are powerless against good ole boys club. Almost every function is riddled with the wrong people in the wrong roles. Worse, the GE “bottom 10%”has taken over this year and only added to the already horrific culture. Very few remaining great people (most have bailed) and talent fighting old regime. Crazy politics and intolerable, incapable management. The place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Power struggles and bullies. No systems or process. If you’re thinking about taking a role here, run away. I think I get stupider every day. Place is a disaster.

Great people in field and customer facing positions. Vast knowledge base of applications and instrumentation.

Very poor executive leadership- don't want to spend money on marketing, promotion of instrumentation, or relevant customer applications. Most do not know industry. Wonder why sales are decreasing.
