Extremely disorganized and lack firm systems and processes. For such a large organization their processes and systems are broken and extremely difficult to use. For example: pull simple things such as sales figures accurately is a extremely difficult task. Product offerings are lacking and are not competitive. Hr is useless and does not do a proper job at running their department. Overall they care to much about being “woke” than actually driving and running a business properly and fixing our process and data.
