Upper management goal setting is out of touch - middle management is scrambling to save face - and those of us left in the field are working more hours, taking home less pay, and constantly being told we are not doing enough. We found out that our health insurance will cost more next year and cover less. Pay rate has been essentially flat over 2 years in spite of taking on more work. When asked I am told I can work more overtime if I want to earn more money.
