Despite some of the previous reviews, Perma Pure is not a bad place to work. It is a small business, and a lot of the employees develope close friendships and become like family rather than colleagues. Like any business, there will always be the ups and downs. Perma Pure has great opportunities for a young professional to develope. They offer an education reimbursement program (I believe if a certain GPA or overall grade is maintained) and urge their employees to seek educational and training opportunities, which was also included in the reimbursement program. They offer a competitive wage and certainly recognize and reward those hard working individuals. A job well done in my experience had never gone unnoticed. They are willing to cross train those employees that are eager and willing to learn. I spent over 7 years with this company, and without the experiences and training during my time with the company I would not have been able to take on new career opportunities.

Compensation was not always available after cross training, sometimes for very long periods of time following. There are bursts of very high volume times allowing for OT to be worked followed by periods of low volume, in which OT was restricted.
